BIOAmp® Taq DNA polymerase and 5X PCR mix: For Standard PCR Amplification

5x BIOAmp®  Mix is a premixed ready-to-use solution containing all reagents required for PCR (except template, primers and water). Ready to Load format also includes a compound needed for direct loading onto agarose gel and two tracking dyes (blue and yellow) that allow to monitor progress during electrophoresis.

We recommend using 5x  BIOAmp® Mix Ready to Load in any PCR application that will be visualized by agarose gel electrophoresis and ethidium bromide staining.

HOTBIOAmp® Taq DNA polymerase and 5X PCR mix: For HOTstart PCR Amplification

5x HOTBIOAmp® Blend Master Mix is a premixed ready-to-use solution containing all reagents required for PCR (except template, primers and water).. The Mix contains two carefully optimized enzymes – HOT FIREPol® DNA polymerase and a proofreading polymerase. This enzyme blend has both the 5’→ 3’ exonuclease activity as well as the 3’→ 5’ proofreading activity. The Mix exhibits an increased fidelity (up to five fold) compared to regular Taq polymerase.

In addition, the mix also allows amplification of longer fragments.

HOTBIOAmp® GC- Master mix: 5X ready to use Mix for GC-rich DNA Amplification

5x HOTBIOAmp® GC Master Mix is designed to provide highly specific high-yield amplification of GC-rich templates. Master Mix is a ready-to-use solution containing all reagents required for PCR (except template, primers and water). 100% DMSO and 25 mM MgCl2 are included in a package in separated vials.

Generated PCR products are compatible with TA and Blunt cloning procedures(to increase the blunt end cloning efficiency treat the PCR products with T4 DNA polymerase or DNA polymerase I large Klenow fragment prior to cloning).

5x HOTBIOAmp® MultiPlex Mix RTL is a premixed ready-to-use solution containing all reagents required for hot-start multiplex PCR (except template, primers and water) and an additional compound needed for direct loading onto agarose gel and two tracking dyes (blue and yellow) that allow to monitor progress during electrophoresis.

Generated PCR products are compatible with TA cloning procedures
